Orders & Customer Care

Yes, we offer international shipping! Most International packages are shipped via Canada Post Small Packet International Air or Tracked Packet International.
**International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by the receiving country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Unfortunately, Epic Blend has no control over this.**

Unfortunately, we're not set up for that right now...but we hope to be at some point. In the meantime you can order online and we'll get your package sent out as quickly as we can!

Product Information

Yes! We are always on the hunt for the freshest ingredients to create our products. The key to all natural products is to ensure the products are potent and as fresh as possible.

Our products are all 100% natural and are made with fresh ingredients. This does mean that their shelf life may be somewhat lower than traditional beauty products but that's the trade off! The shelf life of our products do range from 1 month to 5 years.

Absolutely not. We take pride in ensuring that no products are ever tested on animals. We only select ingredients from companies who do not test on animals and when we are in the process of developing new products, we only test them out with human volunteers.

You bet! While we aim to eliminate packaging from all of our products, there are still some products that require some help staying put. All packaging is 100% recyclable though, and can be brought back to our physical locations for a fun treat!

Order Information

Because our products are handmade, we need about 3-4 days to pack and ship your full order. Orders placed after our afternoon cutoff will ship the next business day.

Our shipping rates are determined by location and the total weight of your order. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout!

If you’re not happy with a certain product, that’s okay! We just ask that returned items be 50% intact and returned with their original packaging. You can return items up to 30 days after the date it was shipped.

All orders are processed and shipped in one to two business days. Once shipped, domestic orders take three to seven business days, depending on location. Tracking notifications are sent as soon as the shipments leave our warehouse. International orders take longer. *Ship time does not include processing time.
