HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Pretty quick...we usually process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Canadian orders are shipped by FedEx or Canada Post and US orders are shipped by Postal Parcel Service. Please allow 5 to 14 business days for your products to arrive. We'll send you a tracking number once it's shipped. Please be aware that shipping and customs processing times can vary during busy times like Christmas, which may result in slight delays.  

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping within Canada has a charge of $6.00.
Shipping to USA has a charge of $12.00.
Canadian Orders over $55 (not including tax) shipped within Canada receive free shipping.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Right now we ship to within Canada and USA.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. 

TAX

All Canadian orders are subject to applicable taxes. 

WHAT IF SOMETHING'S NOT IN STOCK?

We strive to have inventory on hand at all times, but are occasionally backordered on an item. In this scenario we can ship complete or partial. If we ship partial we will cover the shipping costs. 

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We hope you love your new balm, but if you don't we're okay with that...we all have different tastes. If you're not happy with your balm for what ever reason we'll gladly refund you following these conditions:  

• Item was purchased within the last 15 days.
• All returns are credited against the original payment method.  We do not refund cash.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
